Weight of Criollo Beef Products

Since each of our Criollo Beef Cuts are hand-cut and trimmed, and the Criollo Cattle themselves vary in their weight, our Criollo Beef Cuts can vary in size and weight. We list the average size of our Criollo Beef Cuts, and we promise you will recieve no less than the MINIMUM weight listed, and usually a little more.

For example: If you buy 4 Filet Tenderloins, (18 oz min. or 1.13 lbs): We will ship you at least 18 oz of filets. If we only have 4 that combined weigh 22 oz., that is what you will receive. If we have to include 5 filets to get to or above the 18 oz. minimum, then you will receive 5 filets.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU EVER RECEIVE LESS THAN THE MINIMUM WEIGHT LISTED...and usually more!
