Our next shipping date will be approximately September 13, 2010.

Your Criollo Beef order is delivered to your door in perfect condition. We use plenty of dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler - a packaging combination that will insure your products arrive frozen and in excellent condition. We ship via UPS on Mondays, and package your order to safely arrive within 2 days. Many locations will receive their order in 1 day. Your credit card will be billed for the price of standard shipping at the time of order.

In delivery areas requiring 3 or 4 days in the UPS system (green and brown areas on the UPS map) : to insure your Criollo Beef order arrives in perfect condition, we must add additional dry ice, and usually a larger shipping container to hold the extra dry ice with the order. Due to the additional dry ice and larger container needed, shipments requiring 3 or 4 days in the UPS system will require an additional $10.00 in shipping fees. If you live outside the 2 day UPS delivery area, we will contact you with any additional shipping charges prior to processing your order. Your order will not be considered "accepted" until you personally approve any additional charges.

Our standard shipping charges are based on your order being delivered within the "2 Day band" on the UPS ground map below. If you live outside of this area, we will contact you with additional shipping charges to assure your order arrives within 2 days. Your order will not be considered "accepted" until you personally approve any additional charges.

The shipping charge for UPS ground, 2 day or less delivery, is $15.00 per 25 pounds of beef ordered. This includes the dry ice and a reusable, insulated cooler. The charges will be calculated and charged during checkout. Remember, if your order is to be delivered outside the 2 day area on the map above, we will contact you, for approval, of any additional charges PRIOR to accepting your order.
